Stupid question of the night...how do you remove the sway bar end links from the front struts. I tried to when I replaced the control arm on the passenger side, but the nut and stud both spun together. Transmission shift problems-2007 LS 5spd
I haven't yet, the research I have done suggests that it is filled for life, which I'm assuming is 100,000 miles. I plan on changing it when I change my oil again, in the next couple of weeks.- pitsnipe

When the power steering motor goes, does the steering lock up or you just go to manual steering? I've pushed my Cobalt around the parking lot after my wife killed the battery and the steering wasn't that hard. I don't think I would even notice at highway speeds.- pitsnipe

I've been meaning to ask about this for a while, I have a 2007 Cobalt LS sedan and I've noticed that when the RPMs get over 4500 when I'm taking off fast or going to pass real quick on the highway, there is a loud hissing noise from the engine.
