problem with coilovers..

I haz loctite.....only its kinda a tad more permanent (welder)

i think welding a shock bolt in is a little to extreme

I was gonna weld the bottom bolt of my Koni inserts and the top because one of em was rusted out about 1/2" from the shock, so every time suspension geometry changed it clunked like hell.

so i went and looked for a replacement bolt today, NOWHERE had one, not even ace hardware,went by the dealer to see if htey had one, they said it would take 5 days for it to get here.

gonna stop buy some junkyards tomorrow to see if they will get one for me

yeah just check the junkyards man, I'm sure there's a wrecked LT or LS somewhere.

Nah, I traded her in for my SS/TC. Took all the mods I could back to stock, only things left were AEM intake, 2.4 intake mani, LSJ header & DP, CIA exhaust, "broken" front koni inserts, and poly transmission inserts.

Reason I say the inserts were broken, every time I took the black cap off em and adjusted em there was always some kind of fluid on the adjuster. Thinking they were leaking hydraulic fluid out the top.
