I have that stupid ass tinted license plate cover...which isn't illegal but I put black electrical tape over the front half of the license plate light. Obviously my fault, but I've had that tape on there since I got the car....literally the first thing I did to the car. I didn't get a ticket but I just hate Springfield cops haha.

Yea man that's not just pa. That's any state that till pull you over for that. The tinted plate covers can be illleagal also depending on how dark it is.

I have to agree, PA cops, Esp CRPD, have sticks in their asses. I think they play a game to see how many people they can **** over each day.

i think the cops in Plymouth mass are the worst. In my last car the cop pulled me over for my license plate light was to bright :/
