cutting springs in NOT bad IF you do NOT heat the spring up too much.I have cut a coil of sportlines and I cut 3 coils of my Ksports. Both ride very nice, handle great, and look sexy.Im seeing alot of ignorant comments too lol,Do I regret cutting my fronts?**** no!My shit sits lower then any other spring excluding bags and rides better then sportlines

I just think its hilarious when people are like,"no thats bad" but have reason why and just say it cause thats what they "heard".If your cutting stock, its gonna ride like shit,Aftermarkets will ride real nice.Im on stock struts(2007) with 3 coils off the fronts and there no bounce at all,A little stiff but nothing worse then regular sportlines.Drop= sexy as hell and no cobalt in AZ is as low as me on springs. The only cobalt in AZ seen lower than me was a LS on fully adjustable coilovers. So if your cutting aftermarket springs, make sure that when your cutting them, dont get them too hot and use the 1st coil you cut off as a stencil for the other side and mark it,this way they are exact.

actually cutting the backs is pretty bad because they just sit in the housing. lifting a back tire would be bad because there's nothing to hold it in so say bye bye to the spring. yeah please don't cut. i'll drive there and slap you

Don't tempt me with a good time :naughty:

Thats what I am looking at doing, don't want to go lower on the back they sit perfect, but the front is just an inch or so higher than the back and I want it to sit better.

Stockers or Sportlines?

See problem is that if I end up cutting the Stock fronts I'd more than likely have to go back to the stock rears which I hated the feel of. So I'm planning (pending further info from Tom on these trades) on cutting my Sportlines.
