My new Fuel economy record

I have a manual transmission. I live in Wv so there are a bunch of hills that aren't to friendly to the XFE but i get and average of 28. If I just do highway miles though I can get about 40-42.

Nice one!it's very important to be aware of your car fuel efficiency.I mean how to save fuel because the prices are continuously rising.

the highest i got was 43.4 mpg on the highway, but then again i never use my a/c.

I typically average 33mpg on a long highway trip - bear in mind that this almost always includes 2-3 WOT on-ramp blasts and a pass or two. If I hyper-miled the car I could probably hit between 35 and 40mpg average on a long trip.

I just got my best fuel economy. 365miles and 10.2 gallons of gas=35.7mpg

I have and auto transmisson and this is on my trips back and forth to work for three days. Its about 59 miles one way to work and its a mix of country roads, freeway, and City streets.

lol i can't even get 350km a tank from my ss/tc, i can't even get to 20MPG, i am usually somewhere between 10-15mpg

Trust me no they don't haha, I got 42 MPG out of the SC because I drove perfectly at the speed limit which changes from 30-45-55-25 on the way to where I was going. Most of it was 25 MPH driving haha However in my friends LS, its simple to get that all the time, even when your on the gas decently. His is equipped with a shift light and all that and its pretty simple to get 40+ MPG out of it if you shift when it tells you to and obey the limits.
